Role overview
We are looking for a Head of Regional Operations – QCom to own the full operation from dark store to doorstep. This role covers everything inside the store — inventory, people, processes, SLAs — and everything outside it — last mile, rider hiring, rate cards, and retention. You will also own QCOM go-to-market for every new store launch and be accountable for the QCOM P&L.
What you'll own
- Dark store operations: Inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. You set the process and hold the SLA across the network.
- Inventory and availability: Replenishment planning, FnV freshness cycles, shrinkage controls, and fill rate for QCOM SKUs.
- Last mile delivery: Rider hiring, onboarding, rate card design, daily utilization, and retention. You own the fleet from contract to performance.
- People and org: Store staff, pickers, and delivery executives — hiring, training, scheduling, and building the TL layer that keeps operations running independently.
- New store launches: QCOM go-to-market for every new COCO store or region — assortment readiness, staffing, first-order acquisition, and ramp benchmarks from week 1 to week 12.
- QCOM P&L: Contribution margin, fulfillment cost per order, packaging, returns, wastage, and store-level unit economics.
- On-ground problem solving: When OTIF drops or a launch underperforms, you diagnose whether it's a picker, rider, inventory, or product issue — and fix it.
- Cross-functional execution: Primary interface with Category, Store Ops, and Product teams for QCOM operations.
